Sydney Karim-Zadeh is a Licensed Paralegal (since 2008), Notary Public, and Commissioner of Oaths. She is the owner and operator of TRUE NORTH Legal Services, where she has been providing professional immigration law services since 2011, with particular expertise in Refugee Law.  

Sydney holds a B.A. (Honours) in Criminology from the University of Windsor (2005) and successfully obtained her Paralegal License from the Law Society of Ontario in 2008. She offers paralegal services in English, Farsi, and Turkish, allowing her to assist a diverse range of clients with compassion and cultural understanding.  

With extensive experience in legal research and advocacy, Sydney is dedicated to providing effective legal counsel and protecting the rights of her clients to achieve positive outcomes. Throughout her professional career, she has also been actively involved in volunteer initiatives, providing legal support to low-income individuals. These experiences have strengthened her communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, which she applies daily in her practice.

Farzad Yarmohammadi, a mechanical engineering graduate, began his journey in the field of immigration in 2016, fueled by his passion for providing legal counsel to individuals and businesses as they navigate the complexities of Canadian immigration. In 2018, he earned a degree in Immigration Consulting, which solidified his foundation and deepened his understanding of immigration law and practices. This blend of practical experience and academic knowledge has been crucial in shaping Farzad's career and establishing him as a trusted figure in the Canadian immigration sector, particularly in offering paralegal services.
